I've been waiting for the right time for watching it.

a few years ago i was introduced to her and was in awe.
what impressed me the most was that she used film... an amazing artist.
i cant wait to read this interview...shes without doubt inspiring for one to just do what they see --and believe in--without comparing to another ...and even if limited folks get it --at least one was not induced to conforming for acceptance.
thanks Hengki...
(my uncle just brought over some old photos of my grandfather...i am going to try to do something with it ...they are from 1938.. he looks like a spice farmers royal son.)
When i see what she does--I realize --one has to do what they FEEL to do as opposed to winning popular votes.
its very challenging to maintain a balance. To learn via critique --and to learn via ones gut approval.
I do hope I learn that sooner then soon.

I was able to see the video today-- I am more in love with her.
I can see myself in her..i just wish i were able to transfer my 'issues' with reality into what ever medium i use to release them.
we currently use such a slight percentage of our brains potential.
were we not to utilize it 100 percent at one time or another--well--it seems like alot of useless space otherwise.
Can't wait to see your grandpa's photographs, I love classic.
I use to use various plastic lens on my digital --but since no-one seemed to like them--i stopped posting them.
silly huh!?
There is a saying...'necessity is the mother of invention.'
having been rared with limited funds---does that for the creative minds.
I shan't regret that--even when i've envied those who have quick access to whatever tool or apparatus might execute their vision with greater ease---at least -i've learned a thing or two about re-thinking / creating to find such equipment.
needless to say--before their was the 'eclectic style...' us trash hunters for furniture had that down to perfection.
i so appreciate her vision
